Chief Partner of Fangben was appointed as an arbitrator of Shanghai International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (Shanghai International Arbitration Center) (SHIAC)

2021年7月，上海国际经济贸易仲裁委员会（上海国际仲裁中心）第四届委员会第二次会议审议通过新一届《仲裁员名册》，该名单于2021年8月1日正式启用。方本律师事务所首席合伙人金春卿律师再度当选，续聘至新一届任期结束（2026年）。

In July 2021, the second meeting of the Fourth Committee of Shanghai International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (Shanghai International Arbitration Center) deliberated and adopted the newest Panel of Arbitrators, which officially took its effect on August 1, 2021. Lawyer Jin Chunqing, chief partner of Fangben Law Firm, was re-elected and would continue to be employed until the end of this new term (2026).

新一届《仲裁员名册》的仲裁员为1,115名，其中：

·中国仲裁员829名，包括来自港澳台地区的75名，占比74.35%；

·外籍286名，占比25.65%。

There are 1,115 arbitrators in the new Panel of Arbitrators, including:

• 829 from China , accounting for 74.35%;

• 361 arbitrators from foreign countries, accounting for 25.65%. 

这些仲裁员来自于全球80个国家和地区，其中“一带一路”沿线国家38个。

The arbitrators come from 80 different countries and regions, including 38 countries along “the Silk Road Economic Belt and the 21st-Century Maritime Silk Road”.

This is due to Mr. Jin Chunqing's long-term practice and rich experience in the field of commercial arbitration, and his continuous summary and improvement in the adjudication of many major important cases. Lawyer Jin Chunqing has handled a large number of representative cases requiring profound research ability and theoretical knowledge in his professional field as he served as an arbitrator in various arbitration committees.

同时，作为钟爱国际仲裁事业且十分活跃参与仲裁活动的仲裁员之一，金春卿律师自2005年开始担任中国国际经济贸易仲裁委员会（CIETAC）仲裁员。

Meanwhile, being one of the arbitrators having strong affection for the cause of international arbitration and highly dynamically taking part in arbitration activities, Lawyer Jin has been acting as arbitrator of China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC) since 2005.

自上海国际经济贸易仲裁委员会（上海国际仲裁中心）成立以来， 金春卿律师一直担任其仲裁员。
